Meet Aubree Guiffre, Ph.D.

Aubree is a licensed Psychologist in New York State and began to study mindfulness in graduate school in 2001. Since that time, she has studied with Mindful Schools, Insight Meditation Society, Center for Mindful Self-Compassion, Mindfulness Sports Performance Enhancement, Healing with Nature and and is a certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction-Teens teacher and is Certified Mindfulness Teacher with the International Mindfulness Teacher Association. Aubree is a seasoned professor and clinical supervisor, as well as collaborator and therapist. 

Aubree has been a therapist for over 20 years (a psychologist for 15 years) and a mindfulness teacher for 9 years. Her work focuses on helping people learn about themselves, gain insights into how patterns of thoughts and actions affect them, and how to live with more compassion and ease.

As a mindfulness teacher, Aubree relies on neuroscience research that supports the specific mindfulness practices to help people gain meaningful insights, reduce stress, and find more joy in their lives.
