Welcome to Peace Of Mind, a space for mindfulness and well-being. I'm Aubree, and I believe that mindfulness allows us to know ourselves better, to befriend ourselves, and learn to release patterns that do not support us. Mindfulness is about bringing purposeful awareness to the present moment without judging it.
My work focuses on helping individuals learn about themselves, gain insights into how their thoughts and actions shape their experiences, and live with more compassion and ease. As a mindfulness teacher, I rely on neuroscience research to guide specific practices that help people gain meaningful insights, reduce stress, and find more joy in their lives.
My journey with mindfulness began in 2004 when I was a graduate student and I have maintained an intentional and consistent practice since 2007. I have been a therapist for over 20 years, a psychologist for 15 years, and a mindfulness teacher for the past 9 years. With over 20 years of experience in education and clinical settings, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my practice.
